The rooms were comfy and modern with views over the tamar estuary. An electric kettle and fridges were available. The location for Crafthole was great, really close to the pub, beach and coast and Crafthole. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to a sheltered beach...

Amazing views and friendly vibes!
Just spent 2 nights in a Superior King room, and wow, the views of the Tamar Estuary were fine! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I hit up the restaurant for lunch, and the fresh fish was delicious! When I went for dinner, it felt a bit rushed like they wanted us out asap.

The Superior King Room featured an excellent size and beautiful decor. The dining area provided an intriguing selection of daily specials, with the chef eager for feedback.
Bedroom furniture felt sparse. Adding a chair or two would really boost the comfort factor. The shower-in-bath setup can be awkward to manage, especially with slippery conditions. I stumbled on the unexpected step in the corridor after dark due to the motion-sensor lights, suggesting it could use a warning notice by the swing door.

Beautifully decorated accommodation.
Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was minimal. I really would have appreciated a chair or two for extra comfort. The shower in the bathtub was quite awkward to use, and I found it challenging. I nearly tripped over a step in the corridor at night because the motion sensor light did not activate in time, concerning.

Consider asking for a room away from the common areas to ensure a quieter night's sleep, as sound can travel easily.

I stayed in the Superior King Room for two nights. The views of the Tamar Estuary were fine, especially from the dining room. The staff were friendly. Breakfast featured quality local ingredients, and the dinner was really good, particularly the fresh seafood. The room furniture felt minimal and could use an extra chair. The bathroom setup, with a shower over a bath, felt awkward for someone like me who prefers standalone showers. There was also a step in the corridor that caught me off guard after dark. A warning sign near the swing door could help prevent accidents.
